I am Er. Nabal Kishore Pande, an independent researcher and author working on decision systems, research frameworks, execution intelligence, and higher education.
My work focuses on practical systems that help people make better decisions under information overload. That includes scholarship preparation, opportunity selection, and evidence-based planning.
